NEWARK – A two-year saga finally culminated with Dee Hall's vision becoming reality: A mural in downtown Newark pays tribute to the Hopewell people and the Newark Earthworks.
The mural, on the side of the Apple Crate Antiques building, 19 W. Church St., depicts a Native American of the Hopewell culture, the earthworks and artifacts that have been discovered.
